They are open to young people, adults, pastoral associates, religious and priests. Schools of the Faith The School of the Faith is a pontifical institute of pastoral catechetics approved by the Congregation for the Clergy in 1979. Its specific goal is to support the work of the bishops and their pastoral associates in local churches by training teachers of the faith, according to a plan of studies which will give them expert instruction in Catholic doctrine. Schools of the Faith foster close communion with the Pope and the magisterium of the Church and endeavor to supply today''s Catholics with the most modern and efficient teaching tools for evangelization. Following Christ''s example, Regnum Christi members direct their supernatural mission toward all people, for redemption is meant to reach everyone. Sympathetic to the misery in which many people live, they dedicate special care to the human and religious development of society''s most destitute people. This is made possible by encouraging the laity to share their goods, time, and professional skills in a spirit of Christian charity and justice.
